Membership Fees
Membership fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless specifically approved
by the Management Committee under exceptional circumstances.
Event Registrations
Refunds for event registrations may be considered if cancellation requests are
received before the specified deadline for the event.
Duplicate Payments
In case of duplicate transactions or technical payment errors,
the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment
and may take 7-14 working days to reflect.
